Unfortunately, both rooms were unclean and left much to be desired. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the housekeeping lacked attention.

I was pleasantly surprised when we got a room upgrade and found the breakfast options to be really tasty and varied. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the overall vibe was quite inviting. Just a heads up, the elevator was out during my stay, which made carrying luggage a bit tricky but didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊
